The goal of ''The Link Program'' is to give an individual experiencing any kind of problem or questions an opportunity to access a service through a Link Companion who can help. We want to provide everyone with the opportunity to find a solution to his/her difficulties before it leads to more severe ones.

A great number of New Brunswick resources are described in the Resource section of this web site.  This site may help you find additional information about local resources.

We encourage you to take the time to contact a resource if you are in difficulty!  You can also make contact with a Link Companion in your region or talk with an adult that you trust.

Warning! This web site does not allow you to talk directly with a counsellor.  If you are in crisis you can communicate with your nearest Mental Health Clinic or with the Chimo Helpline open 24hrs a day, 1 800 667-5005.

You are never alone.
