Squire Foundation Workshop Offered at CIPA
Mr.
Bryan Oulton, representative for the Neil Squire Foundation, offered a
workshop showcasing the organization�s objectives and services on December
1, 2003, at CIPA offices, in the Centre du Savoir.
The Neil Squire Foundation is a national non-profit organization which
provides education, technology and professional development related
services, for persons with disabilities. The organization, which has offices
in Vancouver, Victoria, Regina, Fredericton and Moncton, has approximately
50 employees.
The Foundation has developed innovative programs and services as well as
some leading-edge technologies for people living with severe physical
disabilities. In Canada alone, over 5,000 people living with disabilities
have benefited from the Foundation�s work.
Many regional CAC representatives, Miramichi-Chaleur and Acadian Peninsula
CNBB liaison officers, a member of the Web-4-All Steering Committee, members
of CIPA�s Web-4-All team and a representative of the Bathurst Health
Network attended the presentation.
