HEALTH VILLAGE TAKES A NATIONAL EXPANSION |

(March 21, 2021) - Health Village, a CIPA concept, takes a national expansion, by welcoming as cooperative partners, Francophone and Acadian communities from New-Brunswick, Nova-Scotia, North of Ontario and Yukon, that are now linked by the health portal www.villagesante.ca.
This portal is specially build to offer services in primary health care, services they need to improve their health, prevent illnesess and manage chronic deseases. Multifonction spaces are destined for care givers as well as for users .
Health Village was realized with the help of the Health Canada Primary Health Care Transition Fund.
